We are a community based nonprofit agency

dedicated to serving the needs of youth and young adult populations.

Our professionally trained counselors, social workers, psychologists, and teachers

are licensed by the State of Michigan.

Established by a group of community professionals in January 2002, El Shaddai Counseling & Consultation Services is a start-up Michigan non-profit 501(C)(3) organization previously located in Detroit Michigan.  This agency exists to serve the needs of young individuals and/or families that are in need of services that address current issues and life transitions.  The only history that this newly developed agency holds is the coming together of five university classmates to create the dream of working in a distressed community. 

          The board of directors experience include surviving through incarceration, teen pregnancy, financial hardships, juvenile delinquency, fighting cancer and low self image.  Every program developed through our experience reflects our efforts to pursue social change in this community.  Our agency experience in conducting this program comes from life experience and college credits.
