Bibliography
Victoria Brown, Ph.D (Candidate), serves as an counselor, trainer,
consultant, writer, and educator. She received her associates degree (A.A.) at
Delta College in psychology. Her B.S. degrees are in psychology and African
American Studies from Eastern Michigan University. Miss Brown received her M.A.
Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Community Counseling. Victoria also
holds an Educational Specialist Degree in School Counseling & Supervision from
Wayne State University. Her licensures and certifications include Limited
Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) and Certified Prevention
Consultant-Michigan (CPC-M).
Currently she is a Wayne State University doctorial candidate in Counseling
Education with a cognate in evaluation, measurement & research. She also
has experience in the areas of program evaluation, educational research, organizational
development, conflict resolution, program development, grant writing, substance
abuse & HIV prevention workshops, Council on Accreditation (COA) preparation,
leadership, motivational speaking, and small business consulting.
